Cancellation & Refund Policy


Program Cancellation, 2023-2024 Season

Full Year Programs - Figure Skating, Intro to Figure Skating, Learn to Skate, Power Skating

  • Cancellation by August 15, 2023 will be completed without penalty.
  • Cancellation after August 15 will result in an administration fee of $50 for full year programs. 

Fall Only Programs - Pre-School, Hockey Buddies

  • Cancellation by August 15, 2023 will be completed without penalty.
  • Cancellation after August 15 will result in an administration fee of $25 for half year programs. 

Winter Only Programs - Pre-School, Hockey Buddies

  • Cancellation by December 31, 2023 will be completed without penalty.
  • Cancellation after December 31 will result in an administration fee of $25 for half year programs. 

 

Once a Program Has Begun

  • Refunds for cancellation once a program has begun will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are not issued unless there is a skater on the waitlist to fill the empty program spot. 
  • If issued, refunds will be prorated based on the number of classes the skater attended prior to withdrawal from the program. 
  • In addition, a $50 administration fee ($25 for half year programs) will be applied to all refunds after a program has begun.  

 

Payment Deadline

  • Payment for full year and fall-only programs is due by August 15, 2023. 
  • Payment for winter-only programs is due by December 31, 2023.
  • Any registrations unpaid at this date will be cancelled and the spot offered to another skater.
