Pre-School
Days & Times: Wednesday daytime.
Skater Ages: 3-5 years
Primary Focus: Basic fundamentals of skating in a fun, non-parented environment.
Pre-Requisites: None
Skate Type: Hockey or Figure
Hockey & Power Skating
Hockey Buddies
Days & Times: Wednesday daytime.
Skater Ages: 4-5 years
Primary Focus: Building basic skating skills while introducing introductory hockey skills and independence in full gear.
Pre-Requisites: Basic skating skills (completion of Pre-School or equivalent)
Skate Type: Hockey
Power Skating
Days & Times: Thursday afternoons.
Skater Ages: 7+ years
Primary Focus: Specialized focus on power, control, strength, and efficiency for athletes in organized hockey or ringette.
Pre-Requisites: Previous hockey/ringette experience, registration in another hockey program recommended.
Skate Type: Hockey
Learn to Skate
Days & Times: Tuesday & Thursday evenings.
Skater Ages: 5+ years
Primary Focus: All-around foundational skating skills (balance, control, stride) suitable for any ice sport.
Pre-Requisites: None, child must turn 5 before the program starts.
Skate Type: Hockey or Figure
Figure Skating
Intro to Figure Skating
Days & Times: Tuesday & Thursday evenings.
Skater Ages: 5+ years
Primary Focus: General skating skills combined with basic figure skating techniques (edges, turns). Badge-level program.
Pre-Requisites: Completion of Learn to Skate or equivalent proficiency.
Skate Type: Figure

Figure Skating
Days & Times: Tuesday & Thursday afternoons.
Skater Ages: varies, generally 8+
Primary Focus: Advanced figure skating elements, including jumps, spins, and footwork, in a recreational, non-competitive setting.
Pre-Requisites: Previous Figure Skating Experience (completion of Intro to Figure Skating or coach approval)
