Important Things to Know Before You Begin

• 30-Minute Cart Limits: Items in your cart are held for 30 minutes before being released back to the public.
• Parent Accounts: Always create the main account under the parent/guardian's name first, then add your children as Participants.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Step 1: Create or Log In to Your Family Account

1. Click Login at the top right of the page. 
2. Fill in the parent/guardian contact details. 
3. Go to My Account → Participants and click Add to enter each child's information. 

Step 2: Select Your Programs

1. Go to the Registration tab in the main menu.
2. Find your desired program and click Register. 
3. Select which participant child is enrolling in that class, then click OK to add it to your cart. 

Step 3: Review Policies & Billing 

1. Click the Shopping Cart icon to review your items.
2. Update your Billing Information. 
3. Review and accept the required Waiver of Liability, Media Release, and Program Policies.

Step 4: Payment

Select your payment options at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX): 

• Pay In Full: Select from the drop-down menu and complete checkout.
• Pay by Installments: Available for Power Skating, Learn to Skate, Figure Skating, and Intro to Figure Skating.

Program Waitlist Info 

Is the class you want already full? Don't worry, spots frequently open up! 

1. Click "Add to Waitlist" on the full program page. 
2. If a spot becomes available, our system automatically emails the next person on the list. 
3. Important: You have 48 hours from receiving the notification email to log in and complete payment. If unpaid after 48 hours, the system automatically offers the spot to the next family on the list
