Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy applies to the following programs:
- Learn to Skate
- Intro to Figure Skating
- Figure Skating
- Power Skating
Payment Deadlines
Payments are due in full by August 15 annually. Any invoices unpaid at this date will be cancelled and the spot offered to another skater.
Refund Policy
Cancellation prior to the payment deadline will be completed and a full refund given with no penalty.
Cancellation after the payment deadline but prior to the start of the program will be completed and a refund will be given less an administrative fee of $50.
Program Cancellation
Refunds will be issued if the program is cancelled before commencement or if we cancel the program while in progress due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Due to Injury or Illness
Refund requests for the rest of the season due to illness or injury or other medical reason that would prevent the skater from continuing must be accompanief by a doctor's note. Please note that the refund will be prorated to account for all attended sessions, an an administrative fee of $50 will be applied. This must be requested within 30 days of absence.
Cancellation Due to Unforseen Circumstances
Refund requests for the rest of the season due to unforseen circumstances including (but not limited to) moving, schedule changes, school changes, etc. will be given in the form of an account credit for future sessions. Please note that the refund will be prorated to account for all attended sessions, an an administrative fee of $50 will be applied. This must be requested within 30 days of absence.
Refunds for Missed Classes
We do not offer refunds for missed classes, and do not offer makeup sessions for missed classes.
